2. Authentic Toi Māori

All works sold through this website are original, authentic toi Māori, created with cultural integrity and tikanga.

Each piece may:

  • Be one-of-a-kind or part of a limited series

  • Contain natural variations inherent to handmade work

These qualities are intrinsic to the work and do not constitute defects.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in NZD unless stated otherwise

  • Full payment is required before dispatch

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors, suspected fraud, or availability issues

4. Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, text, and designs remain the intellectual property of Ngaire Tuhua.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce artworks

  • Create derivative works

5. Cultural Use and Respect

Purchase of a work does not grant permission to:

  • Replicate cultural designs

  • Remove or reinterpret cultural meaning

  • Use imagery for branding, merchandise, or commercial gain

Misuse of cultural knowledge or imagery is strictly prohibited.

6. Defamation and Harmful Conduct

You agree not to engage in conduct that may:

  • Defame or damage the reputation of the artist or business

  • Spread false or misleading statements

  • Incite harassment or malicious commentary

This applies across all platforms, including social media, online reviews, and public forums.
We reserve the right to take appropriate action where harm occurs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss

  • Any liability is limited to the purchase price of the item

8. Consumer Guarantees Act
